NO ONE?

Really? No one knows of an old timey word that is to "telephone" as "telly" is to "television set"?

    The British slang is "bell", as in "I'll bell you tonight."

    Thanks, Pip. That's the best one, out of the options, but I think I'll take the easiest option and just cut that word out of the story.
